We are always looking to expand our offerings. If there are items you’d like to see that aren’t listed on our site, please let us know and we’ll do our best to offer the products in future.

Delivery fees vary by location. Please submit a quote request via our website to get a non binding quote that includes delivery fees.

  •      Do you provide a discount for my company?

Please let us know which company you work for and if you are being supported by a relocation company. Include this information in your quote request and we will get back to you ASAP.

  •      If I refer a friend, am I eligible for a cashback?

Yes, you are eligible for up to 500 EUR for referrals. Give us a call and we take it from there!

Rental period

  •      What is your minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is one month (4 weeks).

  •      I only want to lease items for two weeks. Is this possible?

Yes, we can always come and collect the items early. However, we will still have to charge you for the full minimum rental period.


  •      Which countries & cities do you deliver to?

We deliver to most parts of Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Switzerland. If you’re interested in renting furniture in any other country, let us know and we will see if it is an option in this case.

  •      How fast does delivery and installation take?

We want to get your items delivered ASAP, but it can take 5 working days and more from signing the contract to get your items delivered depending on the lead time . Please submit a quote request on our website and we will provide an estimate for you.

  •      Can you deliver next week?

We can’t promise a specific delivery date until you’ve submitted a quote request.

  •      Do you deliver after 5 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays?

We do deliver on Saturdays, for an additional one-time fee. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Please submit a quote request and we will let you know the fee for your preferred delivery date. We can also check the option for an afternoon appointment after 2pm. Additional charges may apply.


  •      Can I buy the furniture I originally leased?

Our rentals do not include a purchase option by default. But if you’re interested in keeping your rental products after your lease ends, let us know and we can look into it for you.

  •      What is your policy on returns?

If you don’t like an item we delivered, please let us know. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your individual needs. 

  •      How do I arrange to return the items at the end of my lease?

Your rental contract will specify a notice period. This typically ranges from a minimum of 5 working days to a maximum of 4 weeks, depending on the length of your rental contract. Please reach out to us to schedule a pickup date.

  •      Do I have to purchase insurance on the furniture I lease?

No, your furniture will be insured against wear and tear by us for the length of your lease.

  •      What happens if I damage the furniture?

We will not charge you for any wear and tear at the end of the lease. If an item has a defect and we’re responsible for it, we will repair it. As simple as that!

  •      If the furniture is broken when installing will you change it?

Yes, of course.

  •      What happens if I break the lease?

If your rental contract is 6 months or longer, we will provide a 25% discount on the outstanding rental fees.

If your rental contract is up to 5 months, you will have to pay the outstanding rental fees in full.
